CO Kids publish Environmental Policy
Here at CO Kids we love capturing the moments of children in their nursery environments at a time in their life that's so crucial to their development.
We know that the amazing little people that are the focus of our attention will one day grow up to inherit the world in which we live today. It's this realisation that drives us to join the fight against climate change and help ensure we hand over a planet that's safe, secure and sustainable.
We're all acutely aware of the dangers that climate change poses to our everyday lives. This year alone we've seen in the news devastating floods in Germany, Belgium, Holland and even closer to home in London.
There's been wildfires in Turkey, Greece and Spain and unbelievable heatwaves in Canada and the United States.
It seems extreme weather events are happening everywhere and more frequently!
So what are CO Kids doing about it I hear you say?
Well for starters we're launching our very first Environmental Policy to set out some of our commitments to reduce our own impacts and enhance our environmental performance.
We may not be the biggest company but we believe we all have a part to play and given the relationship we have with nurseries and the younger generation we feel even more empowered to TAKE ACTION NOW!
